From curious to confident
The questions we hear most about our cotton bedding.
What does 140s mean?
It is the yarn count, a measure of how fine the thread is. The higher the number, the finer the yarn. Everyday cotton bedding is usually woven from 40s to 60s yarn. 140s can only be spun from long-staple cotton, and it makes a smoother, lighter fabric.
Is it 100% cotton?
Yes. It is 100% long-staple cotton, with no polyester and no blends. The sheen comes from the fine yarn and the weave, not from a coating.
What is included in the set?
Four pieces: one duvet cover, one flat sheet and two pillowcases, in the design you choose. The duvet insert and the pillows are not included.
Which size do I need?
Full: duvet cover 79 x 91 in (200 x 230 cm), flat sheet for beds up to 59 in (150 cm) wide. Queen: duvet cover 79 x 91 in (200 x 230 cm), flat sheet for beds up to 71 in (180 cm) wide. King: duvet cover 87 x 94 in (220 x 240 cm), flat sheet for beds up to 79 in (200 cm) wide. Check your duvet insert against the duvet cover size before you order.
Is the pattern printed?
No. The threads are dyed first and the pattern is woven in on a jacquard loom.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold or warm water, up to 30 C (86 F), with a mild detergent and similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are dispatched within 0-72 hours. Delivery then takes 2-7 business days in the United States, 3-6 in Europe and 4-8 in the rest of the world. Every shipment is tracked, and you get the details at checkout and in your confirmation email.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day you receive it to return it, in its original condition and packaging. Email info@kinthouse.com and we will send you instructions.
Will I have to pay import tax?
No. KINT covers import duties and taxes on every order, so there is nothing extra to pay when it arrives.
