It is one size, with a soft silk-covered band that stretches to fit most heads without pulling.

The mask is padded and cut wide enough to cover your eyes, and it sits close around the nose. Faces differ, so how completely it seals depends on your features and how you position it.

This is a classic flat mask: padded with silk, it rests lightly on your eyes and folds flat for travel. The 3D mask has contoured cups that hold the silk away from your eyelids. Choose this one for the softest feel, and the 3D one if you do not want anything touching your lashes.

Mulberry silk, the same fibre as the outside.

Yes. It is 100% mulberry silk in Grade 6A long fibre, not polyester satin. Satin is a weave, and most satin bedding is polyester; mulberry silk is a natural fibre.

Hand wash, or use a gentle machine cycle, in cold water with a pH-neutral silk detergent, ideally in a mesh laundry bag. No bleach or fabric softener. Dry it flat or on a line out of direct sunlight, and do not tumble dry.

Silk is a natural, breathable fibre, so it is comfortable in every season. If you sleep warm, the lighter 19 momme is the airiest choice.
